This was one of my first layouts at Squidge. As you can see, I had started expanding my website beyond The Jedi Hurtaholics Archive into other areas of slash. I'm still on a quest to take over the internet. *g*
My site had a black background for the longest time and I was getting a bit tired of it being so dark. So I made this very girly layout. This layout is still up at my Squidge site.
This is the first layout I had for ktnb.net (hence the "version 1.0"). I was *so* proud of this layout because I managed to get the table-in-the-middle-of-the-page thing working, and get the black border around the table.
This is a different version of the previous layout, otherwise known as the table-in-a-table layout. (I used the table-in-the-middle layout for quite a while.) I was getting tired of the blue (and I think my visitors were too!) so I switched over to purple.
This was my first themed layout - celestial stuff. Um...yeah, that's about it.
I made this layout around my birthday. It's my first movie-themed layout, for "Shakespeare in Love". In retrospect I don't think I should have used that shade of pink because it's just ugly. But it was supposed to be lovey-dovey and all that stuff. I was really proud of my images - my Photoshop got *such* a workout for this layout.
I got tired of the pink really quickly, so I went back to a white background. I was looking around layoutland and was introduced to the concept of div commands within tables. This layout is probably the one that took me the longest amount of time to create, just because I was learning new code.
I made this layout after September 11th. I grew up in New York, and I just needed to do *something* to commemorate all those who died, and the beautiful skyline that NYC once had.
This layout was dedicated to Amber Benson. It was kinda small, but I was trying to make the site friendly to those with an 800x600 resolution. (You guys are killing me, seriously *g*). I *love* Amber Benson. I would become a lesbian for this woman, seriously. She is fabulous, and I wanted to make a whole layout around pictures of her.
