Based on current observations, subject WMM-311276 is erratic, violent, destructive and extremely dangerous. He shows both suicidal and homicidal tendencies, and reacts violently to any form of interaction with team members. Recommend termination of study.

Previously, subject was warm and mildly timid around team members, but relations have become uneasy since the introduction of the control mechanism beta. Subject has become sullen, angry, bitter and lashes out at members. Refusal to eat and desire to hunt have been observed. Subject pounces and apparently bites "prey" before releasing and resuming hunt again.
When I entered interactions this morning, subject snarled and backed into corner where he continued to growl and snap. Attempted to remove the "threat" of control mechanism beta, at which point he was reprimanded.
Is slowly accepting the presence of control mechanism beta, though remains hostile and withdrawn. The re introduction of subject BFM-190575 may help with reestablishment of relations.

Recommend interaction with another subject, possibly baser instinct.

Is there a high enough rationale to stop pack mentality from asserting itself?

File Report.
The release of subject has backfired. Subject was apparently further self aware than anticipated and has escaped observers and tracking teams. Last seen heading to sector 91, cross reference AK-19. As of yet, has eluded attempts at recapture.
Control Mechanism Beta and implant have malfunctioned, and subject is uncontrolled and on the loose.
